Need help with painting Alpine Miniatures Russian Tank Commander

I got this Alpine Miniatures Russian Tank Commander figure as a gift. Problem is I don’t have painting instructions. I only have these pictures from the Alpine miniatures website as reference, but as newbie it is not enough for me. Also, I have not been able to find any photo of a WW2 Russian tank commander with a similar uniform
I know roughly how I'll paint pants, boots, belt ... But I do not know which colors I would use for a jacket.
Any help would be appreciated.
Also, If someone have/or know where I can find a photo of a Russian commander with a similar uniform, it would be great!

I haven't painted a Russian, have you tried YouTube? I'm not being funny but pictures, especially moving ones, tell a thousand words.

It's hard and long to put the stuff you need to know in words in a post. just search YouTube mate I bet you find what you're looking for.
