Carpet monster woes

Hi all,
Has anyone got,a spare rear brake disc for the Tamiya Repsol Honda RC213V '14 kit No. 14130 to sell,or for a charitable donation, or knows where I can get one.

I dropped it and the carpet monster darted out,snatched it up and took it to it's lair, which I can't find!! I have turned the cave upside down, but without success.

I would try dropping something else. I found a PE ejection handle that I had lost a couple of weeks prior while looking for something new. Didn't find the new piece though...

I have read that some people have had success with stick and sock over a hoover and turning it on - the sock acts as a filter and picks up the part with out it going into the bag

Not tried it personally but may be worth giving it a go?

I have used this method very successfully, but I use a pair of tights (panty-hose) not a sock.

Thank you all for your input. Unfortunately, I still need a rear brake disc.
Like Matthew, I did find a 1.2 x 2.5mm screw and a tiny piece of PE, lost some time ago!
The brake disc is approx 1/2-5/8 inch in diameter, so not so tiny.
Please can anyone point me in the right direction to obtaining a replacement, failing that, I suppose it will have to scratch build it.

When I lose a part to the carpet monster. I'll get a flashlight and get down level with the ground and shine it around. The part, if it's sitting on top of the carpet will cast a shadow and you can find it that way (effect is even more pronounced if on wood floor or a carpet protector mat.) I've found tons of parts that I thought were gone forever through this method.
