1/24 Kyle Petty Hot Wheels grand prix

Wanted to build one of these for some time now, James chose this one as he loves hotwheels

Primed in Ultimate primer, sprayed in TS-10 Tamiya spray, looked to be the best match to me for Petty blue, need to mask of the white then can start the decals. wheels were painted in Mr hobby GX3

Looks interesting Paul never built any of the Revell/Monogram Nascar kits, whats the fit of the parts like the body shell looks like a good moulding :th:

Got that one in the stash Paul. Started the engine a while ago but put it on the shelf until I get a bit better at body painting. Thanks for the tip of the body color of TS-10 Tamiya paint. I thought that was close as well, and with Tamiya rattle cans, I bet easier to do now from what you've guys have been accomplishing with decanting.
