Window popped out

Hi all,

New to this forum and new to modelling after 40 year absence.. Sorry if this is too basic ...

I was prepping by Revell Neptune P2 V7 for paint (my 4th model, all 3 others are in boxes due to stupidity, inexperience and poor equipment ) and I popped in a small window pane inside the body of the airplane. Stupid fingers steel grip.

I retrieved the pane, but i don't know what is the best method to put it back as I obviously cannot access the interior..

The window pane has masking tape on the exterior, so what could I use to glue the pane on a thoothpick maybe?, or anyone has experienced this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Well, I figured it out..

Cut a toothpick, sanded the end square, applied white glue, and it held on the masking tape.

Manovered the piece carefully inside

Applied extra thin from the exterior.. will see if i get clouding..

Shouldn't cloud. Mine never has. white tac will work too on the end of the tooth pick

The other option would be to use Mircoscale Kristal Klear PVA glue to fill the gap where the window used to be, when it dries it will look like a window - this is something I do regularly when I realise I have forgetten to put in a glass clear part somewhere
