F86-F Sabre 1/48

Hi guys, just a few pictures of my work in progress Sabre.
I forgot to take some pictures of the building, but here’s the paint work.


I sprayed Vallejo light grey primer then 30/70 (70 thinners) mix of Tamiya clear blue followed by 2 light coats of Tamiya chrome silver.



2 coats of Tamiya clear x22 mixed 50/50 with Mrhobby self levelling thinners, then masked out the yellow used revel yellow gloss, then 2 more coats of clear for that deep shine



Should start on the decals tomorrow i'll post more pictures as i go.

I like it, metal is looking smooth!
