Ken Schrader's #25 Bud Monte Carlo

Post by Shunter »

Strike another one up as done…It is certainly nice to get a few builds into the display cabinet and for the kids to say WOW dad you have done something…..
So I kept this one as an OOB build and it went together well in the usual sense of a Revell kit. A few issues here and there along the way but that’s why we do what we are doing right…As I have said the decals were great, paint is TS8 Italian red by Tamiya with a 2K clear finish and decals over that and left natural. The only thing I added that is non kit based is the drive shaft is aluminium tubing painted white with the kit shaft cut and placed inside. I had issues with the windscreen fitment for some reason but we go around that.
