UV Glue Get it while you can.

Post by MarkB15 »

Hope this helps for UK members, but I have seen the above in 'The Original Factory Shop' for £10. Come with pot and light pen. Seems dearer than on line options. But thought you might like to know.

I got some of eBay, 3 and half bucks. Used it on the tiny front axle of a jeep that had broken. It worked, no mess, seems as strong as before (which wasn't very), but 5 seconds! Do me a favour, I had the little bulb next to the join for about a minute and half. I wouldn't recommend it over CA.

I've seen UV glue on ebay, which comes with a 9 led UV torch, and a seperate tube of glue. I would imagine this would be better than the tube of glue with single uv led on the end you can get in supermarkets etc.

Must try and get some, although the results mentioned above sound like it isn't as good as it is made out to be...
