Hey guys! Need help.

Post by J4Junkie »

I don’t know if this is the right place to put this but it’s a start.. I recently purchased the beemax Porsche 935 k2 77 DRM kit on amazon. I am pretty sure I am being ripped off as I bought this over a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I can’t get a legit answer from amazon either..

I’m hoping maybe you guys can help me find this kit from a legit vendor I was looking so forward to it. Thanks 🙏

Did you use PayPal? Could do a dispute.
I haven’t had to go after anyone on Amazon before, but they must have done complaint system

I went to buy the 935 at Hiroboy online and they were done out....so may be your vendor is having trouble getting it

Here's their customer service number: 1 (888) 280-4331 Have your order information on hand (order number, order date, etc...). I've always found them helpful. You can always contact your CC company and dispute the charge as well. If through PayPal they are always good. They have teeth and will use them when needed. Good luck...

I had a few issues with Amazon sellers, but always Amazon sorted them out in my favor. I never asked for a refund though - only the replacement of defective items. Each time the replacement item was sent on seller's expense. Just follow the steps in "return item" menu. I wish you good luck!
