So initially I had the picture of my completed Su-30 on here. But, I am happier with this bad boy. Ban Dai 1:72 Tie Fighter. Finished this week with a coat of Aqua Gloss and then a Ultimate Dark Dirt wash because of the risks of using mineral spirits with the fragile plastic. Then used some superglue to reinforce the click joints. First time I have done one of these and won’t be the last. Great fun and idiot proof. This week on the 1/72 Zvezda MiG-1.44 Flatpack after the grey dried I masked for painting the blue areas using a cheap version of Tamiya tape and clingfilm which worked really well.
I then airbrushed Vallejo Model Air 71.317 GOL Light Blue onto the lower surfaces.
And I found an old unused PE Seat belt to add a little detail to the Ejection Seat, I know it's not the correct belt but it will do for my eyes.

Still making progress on the Resicast Ford-T for the WW1 GB. The vehicle itself is now finished with the final details being the gun cooling hose and oil pipe added from 0.2mm brass wire and then painted up in Vallejo Greys. Some AK Engine Oil was then dribbled around the oil pipe. I did have one "clucking bell" moment when the officer fell out of the back and broke his cane but got to it before the carpet monster and CA'd it back in place. Anyway here it is installed on the cookie from last week. I've also got the remaining four dudes primed in Ultimate Black after adding some additional straps with 1mm Aizu (bless you!) tape. All being well I can get the four figures painted up this weekend and will be able to call it done.

Finished building the Revell 1/48 Roland C.II for my entry to the WW1 GB
Painted using mr color with the markings painted with Tamiya colours.
The base was made from MDF with little clay bricks with the wood made from plastikard, the base is covered with filler then covered with static grass using my home made static grass applicator

Hi all. I have finished the Italeri 1:24 Daf 95 Canvas truck for Pauls truck buddy build.
All in all a good kit just 1 issue on my part i think 1 of the decals on the front broke up while removing the masking after painting the window seals.
Primed in Ultimate gloss black and grey primer. Paints used decanted TS47 chrome yellow. Tamiya gloss and flat black, XF-24 dark grey, clear red, yellow and orange. AK Xtreme metal white alluminium and chrome and Revell red and rust. Clear coated with Alclad II gloss.
Happy modelling.

This week Matthew not much more has been done and can't make up my mind as to how to do things and mainly over thinking the whole thing.

But did manage to add extra wire detail to the old bird. This was made with stretched sprue and painted with Metal color. Hoping to get a good mounting and complete this next week. :cheers2:
