Good evening happy modellers.

Here is the beginning of a new project, three old Airfix 1/144 Airbus A.300s, all to be completed in the registration of VH-TAA but in the three different liveries it wore (TAA, Australian Airlines and Qantas), all decals to be provided by Hawkeye.

So far the wings, fuselages and engine pods have been prepared and are ready for joining up for the painting to start. One snag though; there are only five engines. Either the carpet monster has eaten one of them or my floor need a serious tidy. It could be that I have a very hungry carpet monster, but it is probably the state of my floor that is the cause of the engine deficiency. (I shall attempt to rectify the situation while watching the rerun of this show.)

Revells 1/32 Tornado, did not realise it was so big!! Well it's taken 3 days to get the correct colour I was looking for. after it was primed with Vallejo grey primer, It's had a coat of Mr Hobby H44 mixed with H47 but could not get the mix right 90% x 10% (Looking to dark) ended up with 2 coats of Tamiya XF59 so is now looking somewhere near what I was looking for.
Just starting to put down the 1st gloss coat before proceeding.Image
Got most of the weopons and drop tanks painted and glossed coated.

Hi everyone, Just a little further along with the Enterprise, masked and prepped all the pieces for the paneling "pre-shade" type layer. Should have it all sprayed by the time you guys go live. Thanks for taking a peek.

Still working on the Tamiya Aston Martin DBS. Glass work has been masked off and painted with Ultimate Black primer. Various small assemblies have been completed and painted in semi-gloss black (Ultimate mixed) with details picked out in Vallejo colours. All that's left now is the main body shell; seam removal has been completed so masking and priming will be up next.

1/24 scale Euro 6 DAF, multimedia kit & scratch built trailer, finally making progress with this, trailer body complete, primed in Ultimate Grey and painted Arctic White then mounted on the chassis, just the mudguards, and tail lift to complete
Tractor unit needs some finishing touches and glass. Just awaiting the decal copyright to be resolved before we can finally get it complete.
This one has been a long old job and really sapped my mojo.

Cheers all & have a great Easter weekend

Evening everyone.
Finished all the decals on the 1/48 Italeri Viking this week. Used Tamiya x22 clear to seal them in. Weathering starts this week. Will use Ultimate dark dirt as an overall wash, may try some oils and Tamiya panel liner as well. Hopefully this picture shows the black basing and shading.

Wip, on my cyber hobby Hetzer in 1/35. Got it primed, hair sprayed, base coated and begun the chipping. Paint and primer are MMP.
