Need some help here....

Post by DRUMS01 »

I am in a bit of a funk. As I finish my 1/16 kubel diorama, I am lookng forward to my next build and trying to determine which kit I should start. So I pulled several out of my stash and I am asking our forum group for input. Here are the nominees:

Image

- 1/35 Leopard has the crappy plastic tracks, so I will most likely have to buy an upgrade.

- 1/48 Morris Mini will be straight from the box (I think).

- 1/35 AS-90 SPG I like but I know nothing about as far as kit quality (fit, detail, accuracy).

- 1/48 C-130 is from the box, but I may have to get more details from other suppliers.

- 1/72 BV 222- V-2 looks really neat and I have not seen another one built.

- 1/16 Nissan R380 will be 90% scratch built, very poor details, (no chassis / suspension to speak of either).

I will need to be ready for the American ship group build later this summer too.

Your input please..... (thanks)

Ben

Gotta agree, the 1/72 B&V looks a really interesting subject.

Ya do the boat plane or the Tamiya mini...I would go for the latter and do it straight out of box

THEN
You could always nip over to a hobby shop and get a Bandai kit and join a certain summer SciFi sig starting in a couple weeks run by a certain member who is trustworthy, handsome and pesters everyone with memes
