I have a vacuum cleaner from OBH Nordica, don't know if you get those in the states, but it's the kind that doesn't have a dustbag inside, rather it uses a cyclonic system with a cleanable container. Works very well and I don't have to buy dustbags anymore. Can recommend.

Dyson - corded or cordless. Good power, easy empty and well balanced.

I understand this is a bit of a dumb question, but nonetheless someone can help me I need to choose a vacuum cleaner for myself, because the old vacuum cleaner is broken. I looked at a lot of information about vacuum cleaners, but could not select any model. Tell us which vacuum cleaner you use and what its advantage is.

Unless you have alergies just go buy one from walmart with the biggest wattage, corded and not too expensive....after all it's just a vacuum cleaner. Something with a motor and a fan.

My vacuum cleaner is getting a bit long in the tooth now, definitely doesn't suck as good as it once did, makes a terrible racket, and is all tatty with a sagging inlet pipe.

Mind you, she makes a belting Sunday roast, so it's give and take really.
