Looking good, I'm working on the convertible version of this car and I'm a little intimidated by having to add the missing rear panel after everything else is basically already painted.

Nice job on this one.

I did the same thing, gluing the back panel to the body, but thankfully I tried fitting the parts together before painting and the panel ended snapping off along the glue joint. Thankfully I heeded the advice of a local car building veteran who told me to only paint the body right before I'm ready to put it on the chassis to avoid the paint cracking or coming off when dry-fitting parts.
