Fugimi 1/24 BMW Z4 GoodSmile Racing.

Nice kit went together well only use micro set/sol on the decals as anything else will be too strong as it makes the decals sticky.

Vallejo paints used mostly apart from the body being painted in Zero undercoat and white with a 2K gloss coat and makes a great pair next to the merc.

Something a bit tanky from me this week Dan. This is Tamiya's 1/35 Tiger I (late) that I started back in February. It's been languishing on the bench since May waiting for me to get around to building up the tracks which I finally completed this week. The tracks were from AFV club and although I'm happy with the end result each track link had four epms to sand off and enough flash to keep Ming the Merciless occupied for weeks. All ready to be weathered up now.

Good evening happy modellers

Tonight I’ve completed the Pas Decals 1/144 Airbus A310 in FedEx livery. It’s a very challenging full resin kit and I wouldn’t recommend it to a dead dog. If you want to make an A310 get your hands on the old Revell kit which is pretty good in comparison and will spare you a lot of blood pressure trouble. The paint is Tamiya Pure white, my own Airbus grey and the tail is purple, mixed from TS-15 Blue and TS-19 Bright Red. The decals are from Flying Colours, Liveries Unlimited and my spares box. This is definitely a 12 feet model.

Trumpeter 1/12 scale Ford GT40

While I’m waiting for the 2k to cure on the body parts I thought I’d have a go at some thing else.

The pre painted gold wheels have been stripped back to plastic and repainted to suit the car being built.
Mr Hobby 1500 Surfacer was used and then Gaianotes pure gloss black as a base coat.
All then masked off and Gaianotes mirror chrome used to paint the rims.
Air valves will be fitted after the tyres are on.
