seat belt and race harness sets

Post by Mpfiend »

Good morning,

During these strange times with Europe on lock down and with Hiroboy being closed for the duration.
Where do you get your photo etch and material seat belt sets from?
My reason for asking is that I have several Race and Rally cars in my stash, which I am slowly working through and I want to improve on the water slide transfers supplied.
Ebay only seems to have sets available from other countries presently.

I look forward to reading your thoughts.

Best regards
Keith.
Regards,
Keith

Spot model are about the best after Hiroboy but there in Spain:-

https://www.spotmodel.com/

Another way would be to find the seat belt kit+ number your after and go on Scalemates if the kit is listed there are usually a list of shops that have it for sale with prices. Most of the shops listed are European but you do also get shops from the USA and OZ listed.

I have used this method a few times to track down hard to find parts for kits.

Try these Grand Prix Models I've used them several times, not cheap sometimes not fast but they often have what you can't get.
