Tamiya 1/24 Toyota Corolla WRC 1997

Nice kit although not many parts compared to some , built well without any hitches.

Painted with de-canted TS-26 ,Alclads and various other paints the given a Zero 2k to finish her off.

A kit which has sat half-finished for over a year, I finally completed my 1/72 Airfix Martlet this week. Painted in Tamiya acrylics throughout.

A great fun little kit, would recommend as a mojo boost.

Meng 1/35 T-72B1

First piece of armour i've finished in over 4 years, really enjoyed building it, superb kit and happy with the outcome, i'm a bit rusty with some of my techniques but they will come back over time, there's a couple of things I would change on this mainly the wash colour I choose for my mud splashes (Would use Ultimate earth rather than mud) other than that I know where I need to improve :)

Meng 1/35 T-72B1 Built totally out the box
Primed in Ultimate Black primer
Base painted in Tamiya LP-48
Add high and low lights with lighter and darker tones of the base colour
Chipping done with Vallejo air silver and Vallejo German cam Black brown
Pin washed with oils
Various colour pigments used (stay tuned for those ;) )
Mud made with plaster, pigment and two types of static grass

Good evening happy modellers

I was so busy making and painting these 1/144 Revell A.320s and A.321s that I didn’t get around to decalling them. Next week for sure.

Evenin' young Dan. Here's a couple of your favourite things, a pair of eggy turds :) On the left is AFV Club's F5 done up as a Mig-28 and on the right is Hasegawa's Eggy F-14, think I might have seen them in a movie... All done in my usual combination of Ultimate primers and Vallejo Model Air with AK Ultramatte top coats. Just waiting on some red star decals to finish them off and get them suitably posed. Stay safe & well everyone!

Not quite done yet, this is my sci-fi interlude between car kits: the 1/20 Wave Ma.K "Super Ball" Kit. This kit was actually a souvenir from Tokyo when I visited last year, I bought this kit because it would fit in my luggage - I had never made a Ma.K kit before. Pretty fun, only messed up the camo scheme in one spot. All paints are Mission models, the final step is a little bit more weathering and more flat coat.
