Custom decals

Hi guys, is anyone aware of anywhere to get custom-made decals for car models?

I have an idea of building a rally car model which represents one of the cars my dad used to race, as a birthday present (which is awhile away), which would have his name on the windows rather than whatever comes with the kit - country flag would be amazing too. He raced (and totalled) a couple of Ford Escorts back in the 80s and has shown quite an interest in my new-found hobby.

Not sure if this is even a service that exists anywhere but if anyone has any ideas, please fire away!

If you have access to a laser or inkjet printer you can create your own decals by buying waterslide paper like this:

I think I know someone with an inkjet printer so that's probably a good option, thanks!
