1/12 Tamiya D'Antin Pramac Ducati MotoGP bike

Post by barryf1fan »

Glad to have this one done. Was a good build, as usual from Tamiya - only thing limiting it is my skill level.
Enjoyed it though and would like to find another one. Had wanted this kit for, literally, years and finally found on ebay for a decent price.

All done with Tamiya paints and primer, bar a few Alclad metal colors here and there (first time using Alclad
and it shows). Built 100% oob.

Thanks guys!! This bike is from 2005, though Tamiya has it as a 2004 - this is the second kit that I've done that they had it listed as the wrong year bike. The exhaust is super cool - but the Pramac Ducati was pretty much garbage back then. They didn't finish a whole lot of races back then, and when they did it was pretty much at the back. :D

I wasn't much into GP back then, they do well these days though with Miller!

What was the other bike listed wrong?
