Hovering SIG now closed

Ok folks we're officially closing this one now - I know we've got a couple still in flight so hopefully those folks can finish their builds up at their leisure!

Thanks to everyone that took part in this one - there's been some really interesting subject included in this SIG

If people are interested I'll take a look at doing some judging and maybe use this as a guinea pig for the Certificates idea that was suggested earlier this year.
