Thanks guys... it won't be epic.... sorry !

thanks good2us1 for the picture!

:cheers2: mates !

I could do an in box review? as I found a few things that are...
well... not very professional from Revell... that kit was Pumped in China
and well... they branded it on the FLAPS... like a Big Plastic Toy !!! right in the Open ! LOL

usually that stuff is reserved for Inside ?

all raised surface details... will be a challenge to preserve them... Oh well... needs to be done ! must make room for all those cool kits coming out soon !

later guys !

I first saw the CF-101B in 1982 in an Air Show in Quebec... (CFB Bagotville) and never forgot it!
my dad wanted me to wear ear protection... Pffff !

Nah! I want the whole effect I told him...
Never forgotten that Wooosh ! Man that was Awesome...

Then in Germany... 1990 many Years later, I loved to watch the American F-111 and German Star-fighters... pass over CFB Lahr ! That noise..... you would love it... and Our CF-18's were doing Bombing runs over our Runways... to destroy it in case the Russians were to cross over very impressive... I used to volunteer to do the mail run... just to be near the Runways... LOL ah! those were the days... LOL

Since we owned the longest runway in Europe at the time... Now Lufthansa owns most of it
and use it to land their Cargo 747 ...

I have no armour to start... that fits the period... so.. That Bird will have to do Coen !

That was a cool story Norm.
For me it was the earth shaking rumble and roar of the Argo at an airshow in September of 1980. It blew my mind. I've never been the same since. It was also when my grandfather bought me my first model kits.
An F4AU corsair and an F86 Sabre jet from Shearwater airforce base's gift shop.

So I think that you made a fine choice buddy... Even if it was the only one. :th:
