Hi from Ireland

Post by karcio »

Hi guys, just found this forum.
I am glad that, I can find old clasic forums in those modern times.
I can see many threads here, so I am going to read and read :jd: :pop:
I am new in this hobby but I am flying all kinds of rc models like planes/drones (fpv).

Hello everyone :welcome:

Hi guys, thank you for the welcome.

I've bought in some DIY store Cromwell Mk4 and started with this one. I've watched many videos on YT like how to paint and do wash etc.
I really like it. Trying to stay in 1:72 because still did not find good way to keep all models :

So, far build 2 tanks and 3 planes. Please have a look, but also please have mercy I am still learning

as you can see, there is so many things to learn, I am aware of that etc, but this hobby is really `stress relieve`

Hello and :welcome: to the ISM forum karcio.

When you get a moment please check out the forum guidelines which can be found ---> here

We'd love to see your work & progress but in order to post photos you will need to host them on an external site such as Flickr and then link to them from the forum. Unfortunately the forum currently doesn't have sufficient capacity or bandwidth to host directly uploaded photos.

There is a quick guide on how to use the Flickr integration on the forum ---> here

As well as the forum boards there is a really useful Modeller Toolkit available which can help with paint matching, paint thinning, glue types & a scale calculator that can be found ---> here

We're also running a number of group builds & special interest groups through the year so feel free to enter any of those that you like the look of.

Otherwise take a look around and join in, and if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Have fun!
Cheers, Neil
