Hi all I thought I would paint this to try and make it more interesting.

These are curious type of kits, don't have great detail and just a general likeness to the subject. However I do like building them occasionally and the wife actually likes displaying them as opposed to the more life like plastic kits.....go figure.

That's interesting ! and it started well ! Seems to be a nice thing I could do with my sons instead of the kind of never-ending popsicle stick model kits.
And did you still airbrushed normal paints ? Or used something different ?

I just left mine bare as I like the look with the laser burns.

There's far more work in the ladder assu than the bodywork and it's far more difficult to get a smooth action but I'm quite pleased with how it's working.

Nearing completion now, I may repaint the metal parts to look, well more like metal.
