BTR-80 UKRAINIAN - DRAGON 1/35

Finished a couple of weeks ago the BTR-80 from Dragon used by the Ukrainian Forces, a lot of sanding was necessary and also some putty on the rear part (engine compartment). And i create the antenna mast because Dragon only provides the base!













BUT ... changing the background color for new pictures i had the bad surprise to see something wrong :



One of the tyres broke in 2 pieces and 2 others will have the same problem soon or later.

No other choice that to purchase a resin tyre set :



Very good quality and very easy to use, only a little pin to cut with a saw.

So now the BTR-80 is complete with new wheels which are the same as can be seen on the real one :

Oh my mouth dropped open seeing your wheels in pieces....
Panzer art does some nice replacements though with more detail.
