Bombers - Anything that drops bombs
Grenades don't count and the mossies carried some good size bombs

Never been a figure or helicopter kinda guy but it looks like that is about to change. And you already know I'll find a way to make it Eastern European/Warsaw Pact related

Or two versions of the Mi-10, the Mi-6 or its successor the Mi-26. Come to that Zvezda has an - apparently - very nice new release of the Mi-8.....

I will create the forum for the Bomber SiG and update the calendar when I feel better.

I have a pile of bombers, one figure (or many if you count 1/35 scale military), two helicopters (plus one that I started years ago and never finished) and no armored cars.
And, of course, a million science fiction kits.
So, I guess I'm set for the year.

That looks like a cracking selection.

There are new releases I fancy for at least 2 of those so it will depend on when they come out. ICM have got a 1/48 B26 Marauder coming out and Takom have 2 1/35 Apache helicopters on the way.

OK, I just ordered a Hobby Boss M-706. I will do it as an Air Force flight line Nam vehicle. So got that one covered now. LOL

I meant on the ICM release. I assume it is this one. My M.I.L. has a relative that was a b-26 pilot on d-day. I have been waiting for a decent kit to make for her. This may be that kit.

It's not even on their website yet so not a lot of info yet, just loads of anticipation.

Ok I've consulted with the higher powers...

1. Bombers - designated fighter-bombers are allowed

2. Armoured Cars - MRAPs are allowed (I guess if they're designed to be "Mine Resistant" then there's got to be some armour involved, and I think they mostly have bullet-proof cabs too)

As always once bfrd has had chance to get the sections up feel free to post any questions if you have specific kits in mind

Yes, that's the one. They did an amazing job on d-day at Utah Beach. They have a real one in the main Utah Beach museum in recognition of the job the Marauders did.

Kamov's. A right PITA getting the rotors aligned correctly and the control rods located.

Out of curiosity - and in getting the wifes permission to buy a display cabinet - when is the Helicopter build scheduled to start?
Only I have one of those funny twin rotor Soviet designs itching to be built - and its not a Kamov!!
