I'm not in the Uk, however I've ordered from them many times and never been ripped off.
I find that often the accessories ( Pe+ upgrades) aren't any cheaper than locally available. Kits can be a lot cheaper, but you have to watch the postage.
Delivery times are what you would expect from ordering over seas and what you see on the site is what's actually in stock. Having said all that I still use paypal as the payment option.

How long did it take for you to get a payment request?

Usually within 3 days however if it is a pre order you won't until they have the kit in stock.
You can send them a message via their web page and they usually answer within 2 days.
