The paint work is lovely and as Stokesy says the stripes really pop, but the metal finish is perfectly understated.
How did you do that ? No blemishes that I can see.

Disaster with Eduard decals!
I followed the instructions at https://info.eduard.com/en/02-2024-1/page-88... and this is the result after I pulled the transparent film off...

What should I do now?
Where can I find replacement decals?

Ive had that happen with the film removal technique. Did you leave it on for 24 hours?
try ebay for decals. Or test our your masking and painting skills.

Nightmare.

Hannants are a good online retailer. If you use their search function to find a 1/48 Mustang kit, you'll be able to see loads of after market decals sets you can choose from.
Its been tried and tested, it works! So don't blame the system if you're no good.

I removed the Eduard decals (with some difficulty) and replaced them with decals from another kit.
