Notification emails

Post by Kevthemodeller »

My outlook is all of a sudden dumping all my notifications emails into my junk folder marking them as 'Unverified' I don't think it likes the rosaline.ldn.kualo.net?

website@intscalemodeller.com via rosaline.ldn.kualo.net

Any ideas what's happening?
Kev

My opinion of OUTLOOK is not fit to be printed here.
I've gone back to using THUNDERBIRD, my brain finds it much more reliable and friendly.

I've never had any issues with Outlook until now and it's only ISM, throwing these?

I don't know why your having these problems.
Did a update occur just before these problems started ?
Is Outlook up to date ?
My last problem with outlook was having to put in my damn password every time I opened it. Then about 2 weeks later it started happening on my wife's computer.

Hi Kev,

This isn't an issue with Outlook but with the way that the hoster for ISM handles outbound emails from the site.

I had similar problems recently with all notifications going to junk/spam.

I spoke with Matthew about it but unfortunately there was nothing he was able to do.

The problem did stop happening for me for a while but maybe the hoster has changed something back again.
Cheers, Neil

I am working on this. There is an incorrect DNS setting that is causing our emails to be treated as spam.
