Do u have to heat the wax up ? I can't get mine to pick any thing up lol thanks for any help

You need to sharpen it Matt, no need to heat it up or anything. As soon as it loses it's tacky ness, just re sharpen a little....

Also, literally touch it to the part. Don't push down on it, it won't stick then. Just lightly touch the part and it should pick it up. Remember it won't pick up bigger bits as its not that tacky.

I've been using one of Ultimate's pencils with my ship build. It's been great for transferring and placing small (for small read minute!) parts, both plastic and PE, but as suggested above a light touch is needed and the tip shaved from time to time to keep it tacky (sorry if that sounds a tad suggestive)
