The greatest model show on the planet, after Telford that is that I really must try to get to next year ...

Most modellers will have heard of this, some will be lucky enough to have seen it, but since I've not seen it mentioned anywhere for a while thought I'd post up a link for the benefit of newer modellers, its primarily a model rail road and I'm not really that type of fan, but this one is something else and much more than that, it is of course Miniatur Wunderland in Hamburg West Germany.

This is on my bucket list of places to visit, if you do go you apparently need to book in advance and need to put aside a day to catch as much of it as you can, do have a look at the official video here, but there are hundreds more on Youtube worth looking at too.

It would be a dream come true working there and being part of the team modelling this ever evolving project.
