Operation Marita Tanks

Anyone knows what afvs the Germans used in Operation Marita (Greece ivasion)? I want to know mostly the tanks that eventually reached Athens or other cities deep inside Greece.

I recall seeing photos of Stugs, Panzer III & IIIIs and lots of armoured cars (4 and 8 wheeled).

The mountainous terrain was not friendly to larger vehicles and the small bridges would have kept the Tigers away.
