1/35 Hitlerjugend at Normandy

Hi Guys,

This is a Warriors Vignette of Hitlerjugend at normandy, and I really enjoyed working on this build. I used Vallejo model and panzer aces colors along with mig washes and pigments. I used Woodland Scenices and JTI products to bring the base to life, and the sign's were hand painted.

Nice work Alan, I really like the composition.
I like the camo work too. It's never easy to do German uniform camo.
I'm so bad at it that I sometimes puposely avoid modelling certain eras and loactions because I know that the Germans were wearing some of those nasty camo patterns.

Hi Coen,

I never thought I would enjoy doing German camo as much as I do, and feel that as long as I have a good ref photo I can make the camo patten work. You right very right about the German some nasty patterns but that's makes it fun to model them.
