Useless Customer Service by Dragon

i dont no how your experiance with Dragon`s CS is but mine is less than completly f*** up....

most of you problebly know that i bought a Dragon Pershing and a Dragon Patton both in 1/35

in one the instruction sheet was missing and the aother had ruined decal`s ...

now i opend a "ticked" at the Dragon care service side and asked if it was oassible to get new once

i made one for the Patton and one for the Pershing......

i got the Instructions from a couple of you guys with is PERFECT !!!!

but dragon ........ it`d been 7 weeks and not a single word!!!!!!

so i'm not the only one with that experience
i hava a marder III command version and i miss an entire sprue
and a big one aswell because this sprue has the side panels and back panel in it
i did get a answer but when i replied to it they stopped any form of communication
so i totally agree the dragon care customer service is total s**t and almost non existing
