Lifecolor or Vallejo Model Color?

Post by Lee »

Got a few figures to do now (never done one) and before I start I'd like every one's opinion on which one they think would be best - Lifecolor or Vallejo Model Color?

Cheers :D

I used Vallejo Model and Game colour mostly when painting my Flames of War armies (better range of "military" colours compared to the Games Workshop paints I also have) and can recommend them as being great for that kind of painting.

I've use Vallejo Lee, however I have got the Life colour for the Us shades of clothing. There are about 4 different shades of Olive drab to give the fade effect. I will deffo be using these on my next Us army figures.

I was at my local hobby shop the other day looking for a certain colour and he recommended Vallejo, this is the first time ive tried it and i must say i am impressed with it. I paint with a brush only and it works great. :D
