Revell Kit ref:- 03229 PzKpfw II Ausf.F 1:76 scale

Post by wappynutter »

# As always lots of pictures to follow! #

Okay so as promised I will post up my finished Panzer pictures.
This has been a quick build for me, helped by the fact that I have nothing else on the go at the minute so could devote all my spare time to this kit.. First across the finish line, would rather not be! :?
I hope you all enjoy this collection of images, not the best photos, but you'll get the idea..
Building clearance as I imagined it to be...

Sorry for the many pictures, I can just never choose a couple to depict the story or to do the build justice..
This is my little Panzer II, hope you enjoyed the build process..
As always thanks for taking a look, comments and questions welcome..
Take care and Happy Modelling guys..

Well Andy you have produced a stunning little diorama, all the more impressive considering the condition of some of the kit parts.

You've done a top job on the tanks desert colour and weathering.

Well done, this has been a great build to follow and the end product is something special.

Don't worry about the amount of pics, it's always great to see something from many angles :thumb2:

Awesome work Andy!!!   : : :

Love all of it and the changes and scratch built bits you added really bring this piece to life. Can't really add to what has already been said as it is totally brilliant - when you can't pinpoint one bit that stands out, to my mind that means the whole diorama blends perfectly and shows an exceptionally high level of craftsmanship!

Well done mate!!! :cheers2: :th:

P.S. I love lots of pics too!! :D

Wow..... thanks again everyone, so glad you like what I did...
Now as some of you mentioned you like lots of pictures.... and you mention how small this kit is...
I thought I would show you just a couple more reveal pictures with my hand in shot for scale comparison...
Not the best photo's but you get the idea of scale I'm sure..

Is the hand for scale included in the kit? Cause its been missing in all the kits I've bought!

Great work my friend, massive amount of detail for such a small scale! :thumb2: :th: :thumb1: Especially on the figs! Great choice of colours for the panzer, the uniforms, the buildings etc. - it really blends together nicely!

Great idea to show these pics so you get a real sense of the scale - unless of course you have GIANT hands!! ;) ;)

The dio is very impressive, but when you're reminded of the size of it - WOW!!!
