How do you remove plastic dust after sanding?

OK - after sanding down the seam lines from my wheels I am left with this (see photograph) I have various ways of removing the dust from the plastic but wanted to know how you guys do it. Do you use a brush and knock the dust out? Or do you drop the model in a "solution" of some kind to break up the plastic dust? I tried using water but it just made it clog up. I bet one of you, or more, have a great tip they are just dying to tell us all.

Normaly when I get excess dust i just give it a good old blow and it gets rid of most

I usually just give it a blow or a wipe round with kitchen roll....

If it's really bad I'll nail it with my airbrush.

Me thinks you might be correct Sir. Lol. But I like sanding. I guess I should have scraped more and sanded less. I was loving using my sanding sticks and got carried away. Lol

To be honest jim, I don't think you can sand too much (unless you actually removing to much detail) give it a good blow or as norm said use a toothbrush or like me a toothpick.

I usually give it a quick blast with my trusty 'halitus meus' tool I have had for 30 odd years, if that doesn't work I will use the afor mentined toothbrush.

p.s. The toothbrush wins out. The brushes I was using were too soft. I guess the plastic dust was more clogged up than I thought.

What works for me is to run the part under cool running water then arm myself with a toothbrush and washing up liquid. The soap lifts off all the debris in the nooks and crannys and it lifts off all greese and other nasties so the dust has nothing to cling to.
