Tamiya 1/48 Yugoslav F-84G

Post by Tonygol »

This all starts with this kit.

The markings at the bottom.

Image

The kit comes in a very nice chrome/nmf finish.

Image

I decided to remove the chrome/nmf finish with thick bleach.

Before and after.

Washed under running water then a good soak in soapy water followed by flushing with warm water. Allowed to dry over night.

Laid out for priming.

End up with white finish.

Tony

Looks much better without that chrome to build in. Nice start and your ripping through it.
