Replacement parts help please.

May I ask, do any of you know who I should contact in getting Tamiya replacement parts?

I can symphasize with Paul. i've had a couple of problems. I have a model shop near me who deals with Hobbyco and he got me what i needed for me which was very kind of him. So if you have a model shop nearby and ask he may be able to help because i found it's better to do this than as an individual . secondly, they may only be able to supply full sprues.I only wanted the front sprocket parts of Italeri's 1/35 Tiger 1 Late but they were spread over a couple of sprues so asked if i could have the individual items. They had the ones off the Sturmtiger but i had to buy the full sprues which cost nearly as much as the full kit.
Having said that over the phone they were very courteous and understanding. it just may be their policy to only supply full sprues.

If you bought it from a model shop and the part,s are missing then they are legally obliged to replace the part,s. I had a similar problem at Modelhobbies and they were superb, replaced the part,s within a week. So I would start there.

Sorry, forgot to say if the parts are missing take it or contact the shop you got it from. My problem was i'd had the kit for years and couldn't remember where i got it and the situation was my fault.
