The kids first models

Post by SiDennis »

Ingredients for 2 quiet kids......

Start with two old Airfix hurricanes
Add two brushes
Add several acrylic paints
Leave for an hour

Serve up with big smiles :P :P

Hurricanes buy Katelyn age 7 and Gethin age 4

Not sure the RAF would approve of the paint schemes :

Nice to see the hobby being passed on :D they look like they really enjoyed it! They did a great job! :th: :thumb1:

I ought to try this on my energetic little brother ;)

My first was the old Tamiya PzKpfw II Ausf F/G that many of us used in the Holy Toledo GB. It was a great beginner kit for me at the age of I think 12. Then I was feeling confident and bought a Dragon Smart Kit next... them magic tracks...

Nice to see kids being creative and not thinking they have to live up to the standards of the pros where they pamper their models to make them look realistic. Part of creativity is doing what's not seen in the world. Good job kids! :thumb2:
