Chipping question

I am planning on trying the hairspray chipping method on my 1/35 scale Panther. I am going to try spraying Mig Absolute Chipping by airbrush rather than traditional hairspray. I generally use an oil tri-color filter, dry brush and sponge chipping after airbrushing the acrylic camo scheme and before a pin wash over a gloss clear coat. I am unclear on the order of things when chipping using hairspray chipping technique.

I plan on spraying a coat of acrylic Panzer gray over a Mr. Surfacer 1200 primed Panther w/Zimmerit. Next I believe comes the chipping solution, then the acrylic base color and camo. Can I then do the oil filer and dry brush without disturbing the paint job??? If so, will the paint chip as desired by brushing on the chipping solution? If yes, I can spray a coat of gloss and do the wash?

Any guidance is appreciated

The chipping fluid was a little thick and needed a little extra PSI. It appeared to level out ok.

I have visited your site. I did not see a start to finish armor build. Is there one forthcoming?
