oh nice, that coat of arms is based on Orlando Bloom's character in Kingdom of Heaven would recommend giving it watch of youtubing it might prove useful for reference ;) also its a great movie ;)

Yes ive seen it, I have some Templar referance material at hand so will be having a look at that but it looks fairly straight forward.
