This weekend I worked on some interior details and the driver figure.
After masking all the markings I airbrushed a satin varnish over the entire vehicle.
And I was thinking that I had to do something about the empty trunk. So why not fill it with goods....



I used some blue Styrofoam to fill the trunk.



Then with a paper tissue and diluted woodglue I covered the Styrofoam blocks.



Next I painted the newly made tarp in canvas colour.





Next I started o paint the Waffen SS figure.
His helmet and parka are painted in a pea dot camo scheme.
Now that took me a wile to paint!
But I think I did a good job on it.
Besides, Any errors will not be that visible because this figure will be sitting in the vehicle with the roof top closed.
A shame of all my work? Think not. Even with the roof closed the figure will be visible..

But will he be visible with the roof on Dutchman?
If you roll up on part of the window he will be...





After the vehicle is weathered, The roof can go on and the undersides of the windows glued on the doors.
