For anyone curious, I was able to find some similar UV lights on eBay for the cheap. Just search for UV light keychain and you'll get your regional supplier.

He's probably talking about Bob of Genesis Models. He puts on a great show and does excellent work, but he does get his words a bit wrong sometimes. In addition, there's Cartographer instead of Cartograf and Va-lay-joe for Vallejo paints to name a few others. Personally, I found his work is worth the occasional lip slip.
