1/72 Revell B-17G

Well the end of this build has come and I must say I love this kit (except for the landing gear, its not strong at all)
The only problems I had where mistakes which where my own fault so if anyone is in the market for a B-17 get this kit.
This is the first GB that Iv ever entered (second one to finish) and I really enjoyed it so il be entering more in the future

Awww thats a beauty, superb subtle weathering, really liking that. This is the only revell kit i own as i know its supposed to be a good one. How did you find the kit fit wise, other than the landing gear any other problems.

Paul the fit is generally good but when joining the fuselage side you have to make sure the internals are perfect otherwise you will have a gap, I had a small one but some putty sorted it out. One tip I'm give you is glue the top first, like so many that iv seen I glued the bottom first so had a gap on the top.

It's the simple things that we do wrong...lol
