Looking for websites

Hello model masters. I don't know if this is the right section to put this question in but I was after some websites that show real aircraft of World War Two. I have just come back to modelling after a long break and Im going to start with a Tamiya 1/48 scale P 47 thunderbolt razorback. As this is one of my favourite aircraft I would like to see what the aircraft was like in the real world so I can do the weathering on it properly. I would like to thank everyone for any and all information received. And would also like to say that this is the greatest website I have been on. Congrats to Paul and Lee.

Thanks apple for that wonderful website. I just had a look at the virtual cockpit. It was so cool. I could spin the screen around looking at all the knobs of the whole cockpit. The colour of it. Everything. It's a wonderful website. Thanks again.
