My only question is are you going to put an anti-slip surface on this tank?

Yes I certainly will, I haven't decided whether to use Russ' technique or just sand and PVA.

I think with this build Dc I'd be tempted to do the stipple and glue technique purely because your gonna be constantly handling this model showing off your insane interior :eeek: and I don't think the sand and glue method would stand up to it IMHO :apc:

That saying Russ, on the Merkava the anti-slip is much more prominent than on the Challengers so in this case I think fine sand would actually give a better effect. Because if you want the same very rough effect with the stippling you run the risk of stippling for too long and getting lots of strings. I have had to pull quite a few off bits of my model from over zealous stippling!
