By a company called Metal Earth. They start a flat sheets and you bend and form to shape. I am thinking X-wing, falcoon, something from Star Wars line. I will talk to the boss later tonight but by June is no issue.

Seems to be a more and more of these wooden wonders popping up. I was only last weekend looking a steam train that had working gears in it ( not cheap ), but it did resemble the real thing not realistically though. Yep that's the one, 40 hrs is a lot of time. They are laser cut on thin plywood. Held to the plywood with one or two tits like the sprue. You just have to trim. small amount of sanding in some spots where they use as running gear and lots of waxing. They include some candle wax. The only tool I needed was my small Xacto knife to help remove from the plywood trees. Now cutting and timing the rubber bands can be a chore. Some of the rubber bands had to be shortened to work right and tying that knot was a chore!
