Another cracker mate, the weathering and damage to the fenders is spot on
Thanks Gents
It was quite a long build in the end, weather precluded painting pre-Christmas (too cold to have the extractor out the window) and a chest infection kept the paint in the bottle for some time too. It was almost 2 kits in the end. Built in 2017, painted in 2018. I was well chuffed with the fenders, the front ones were a pain with the curved surfaces but damaging them was a laugh. I didn't have a clue what I was doing so I just went all Spanish Inquisition on them, plyers, hammers, elbow grease, I even sat on them at one point (actually I didn't but you know what I mean). Once I found a way to rip them apart, curling and folding them up became much easier.

Absolutely beautiful, I have the Meng one with interior that I am chomping at the bit to get started but can’t yet, got too much to get finished before the Bmber SIG.
You have given me some real inspiration, thanks and wonderful work
Thanks mate.
As a pure modelling subject, the Tiger II gives you so much to work with, the flat sides are a painter's dream and the prominence of the tracks make it a great looking vehicle. One of the reasons I left many of the fenders off was to show as much of the track work as I could.
Best of luck with your build as and when you schedule it, and with an interior too! Wow.

Absolutely stunning finish mate - that really is brilliant!
Any chance you could do a photo with the two Tigers side by side for comparison?

Cheers mate. Was thinking the same thing about a pic of Tigger and Tigger Jnr. Watch this space my friend
