I like the artillery tractor. I remember when going to "the range" while stationed in West Germany we used those old AMX tanks as targets in the impact area. I always thought the turret looked different too. I built on of those 1/32 Boeing P-12's from Hasegawa many years ago. As I remember, they are pretty basic kits with average fit, but they could do with a detail kit for sure.
More arrivals in the mail for Jarrod and I, here we go:
The motorcycle and rider will take one day just to remove and clean-up the molding channels, but I thought it was a nice looking piece. The A-7 Corsair cockpit is for an up and coming build.
Ben
Love the bike kit

That looks like the "Echoes of Camelot Sir Galahad" originally by Big Child Creatives - it was only available for the original Kickstarter backers so is rare as rocking horse poop in its original form - nice find

I'm definitely buying quicker than I'm building at the moment... which isn't saying an awful lot...

I'd be watching the camo as it progresses
B0LT Action maybe small scale , but there's plenty of it.

Their full flesh set was sold out so I got some of the basic components individually
The paints were at least half the cost of the one I got on Amazon
You started me out on the Fern I think
Not sure how I am gonna store my oil paints, need some organization

The only way I know how to store tubes is to hang them or stand on their ends , but it takes up so much space to that. I've just shrugged my shoulders and they have there own draw......

Oooo, gonna do the 48 B-1B eh? I did that a while back with Barracuda intakes and exhausts and metal gears.
And got this today. Think I will get right to it after the B-58.

That Retriever looks nice! Forerunner to the Hippo which in turn was forerunner to the Militant's I used to drive.
Looking forwards to seeing the build on this one.
Posties been busy here too - got this for a diorama I have in mind with a Lancaster:
Got this simply because the Crocodile always fascinated me:
And this because I want to revisit building Hellers HMS Victory again so this will be a good practice subject!

That control tower looks sweet! The local flying museum here imported one from England, brick by brick. It's very impressive how they got it here and put back together.

Update: I have a shipping notification as of today, Wednesday 14th Feb
Delivery is middle of April
Holding my breath.
I think it is a scam that makes me pay and he waits until the eBay period for any complaints, returns or reimbursements runs out
Then I am f’d
Oh and he lists no returns accepted

No your not. You wait until the last week of your guarantee no matter what the delivery date is then put in a complaint stating the guarantee is about to expire and you have had no delivery. 3 days later you get your refund...Been a victim of this once or twice myself.

HT Direct had a damn good sale sale with AK paints mostly being the most discounted. Whether I actually needed them straight away or not I couldn't help myself. Not with a 40% off sale and saved over $110 of retail....still spent 160
Anyway it arrived in this very heavy box.
Looks better unboxed.
I'm going to have to concentrate in using these and my Lifecolour before my Gunze in case they deteriorate on the shelf as acrylic paints do.
Although these are compatible with Mr hobby levelling thinner so they might be Ok.

Wow that is a honking big tank kit, nice!
In a completely different direction, I got this today from Amazon
This is the next stage for me in wooden ship building, still a kit and all precut but you have to do some woodworking for her.
Lots of white metal and wood detail parts
Wood stock planks and dowels
Later cut wood for keel and the bulkhead segments
The sails are material, not plastic
Now why from Amazon?? Well I won a door prize at my work study club for a $400 Amazon voucher.
Then I chose not to go see Adam Savage at Van comic Con that would have cost me another $200.
So if I use female math skill, I actually saved money buying this
Plus buying an artificial grass sweeper and fluffer wasn’t quite as sexy to me as a model kit…that was choice #2 on my Amazon list.
