It is a massive build even without the addition of scratch building and after market
I think it can be done but you would have to be a fast modeller or have nothing at the bench
Would be a nice break from all the 1:35 Tigers though

I will build this one as well 6700, Mike recommended it so I bought it recently.
My god are there a lot of tiny parts
The directions take some studying, any suggestions Mike?
It will take quite some time but will keep me busy and look forward to seeing if Dragon is as good as Mike and Paul say

Suggestions Greg, patience, planning, and preparation, haha,
That goes for any build though.
Decide on the subject that will fit your kit, or decide what you have to do to your kit to make it fit your subject.
Acquire any aftermarket bits if you decide you need some.
Sit down with your instructions and your references and maybe a printout of a trusted review of your kit, and make sure to highlight anything that you need to fix or change.
Then... Go nuts.
That goes for any build though.

My suggestion for getting to grips with Dragons instruction sheets is to first study physics to degree level, finally specialising in a doctorate in quantum physics. Armed with this knowledge formulate a research paper, backed with mathematical evidence in order to crack the unification theory that so eluded Einstein for the latter years of his life. In doing so you will not only demonstrate a deep understanding of not only string theory, M theory and quantum gravity, you will also win the Nobel Prize for physics and in doing so you will be able to explain exactly how the universe started to Professor Stephen Hawking.
With all of this immense knowledge, you might, just might, be able to understand just how the feck you're supposed to put a Dragon kit together from its instructions!!!
Only kidding!! The instructions are a little confusing in places, but the kits themselves are some of the best you'll build. As Coen mentioned, take it slow, plan well and read everything at least three times.

The best glue for the tracks in that kit it tamiya extra thin. Works like a charm.
As for reviews.. this is one of the best reviewers on the net.
There are a number of reviewers that I trust but cookie is really good.
I try to use more than one review for each kit.
