It's the "Porsche Tiger".

A couple where built as Porsche was sure they would win the contract to build their heavy tank. Henschel won the contract and that became the Tiger tank.

Porsche turned them into tank destroyers, the Ferdinand, which were rebuilt into Elefants.

It was an interesting tank, the wheels where actually driven by electric motors that got power from a generator hooked to the engine. Much the same as diesel railway locomotives or todays hybrid cars.

Not sure about the planes, but the Focus looks like a recycled kit. Not that this WRC spec car has been available in this particular livery, but Hasegawa did release the 2007 Monza Rally version (which is the exact same car) but with a different livery. Looks to me like they took one of their existing tools, got a new decal set for it and called it a new kit. At least it looks like Mr. Hasegawa is doing something productive with his old stuff. I wish I could say the same thing about Mr. Tamiya...!

These are all re-issues of existing toolings or with some upgrades/different decals or markings to achieve the specific vehicle/unit they are labeled for.

My Hobby Info Site Closure Announcement

It is with great sadness that we must announce that the My Hobby Info site will be shut down in the coming weeks and months due to personal and health reasons making it impossible to continue to maintain the site. Talks are underway to potentially transfer the Build a Better Stash manager system to new owners so that part of the site can live on and users continue to enjoy all of its features and tools under new management. Stash Manager system users are encouraged to use the Export to Excel functions throughout the site as a backup plan in the event that the Stash Manager is not continued in the near future. Additional details will be provided as we have them via the newsletter distribution system so please stay tuned for that in the coming weeks. If you are relying on the web-page version and do not receive the email version, please use the Subscribe option to register with the mailing list and stay up to date on future developments.

The My Hobby Info Social Club (MHISC) forum will be taken offline forever on August 1st. MHISC users are invited to transfer their current build projects to the Modeler's Social Club (MSC) or other forum of their choice in the time that is available to them.

Sorry for the late reply. The MHISC forums will be shut down permanently on August 1st US time as well some other parts of the site. The Stash Manager portion of the site will, however, continue to operate for the near-term as we look for ways to keep it going under new/different management. Please stay tuned on that front. More details will be provided as to the future status once things have been finalized in the next week or so.

Thanks Chief! It wasn't an easy decision but ultimately one that had to be made. Outlook is fairly good at the moment that the Stash Manager will be able to live on at a minimum and that's very good news since that's where the bulk of the work had gone into.

My Hobby info has now been saved... sorta.
Kitmaker network has picked it up and will keep it afloat if anyone is still interested.

The main domain, http://www.myhobbyinfo.com, has been fully transferred over to Kitmaker Network and they will be maintaining it going forward. The link that Coen posted is only a temporary one while the DNS information updates around the web, the 'normal' domain name, link, and login info should all be the same and working once the DNS info is updated globally in the next 24 hours (or less).

All the data that users had in the system up through August 11th has been transferred over and should be available for you to continue to access and use. It's in capable hands under the guidance of the Kitmaker Network crew and I'm glad they were able to step up and take it over so it could live on. I appreciate all the support that many of the users here on ISM gave to the MHI system over the last couple of years and hope you will continue to find value in the system I created but which unfortunately I couldn't continue to support on my own.

I can say that you have my thanks for putting this together. I've found it very useful and it's saved me money.
I'm very glad to see that it will live on, not so glad that you won't be helming it though.

I have this kit. Highly recommend it. Meng is terrific. Preordered AMX 30B2 from lucky model last week!!
